How to shorten the looooong vibration???

Is there a way to shorten the time the phone vibrates??
Today it is very loooong.

Any regkey that handles this??
I'd like it to be short and more often, than looooooooong and one/ two times...

I now have changed the calling vibration, but what about the sms/mail arriving? That too is irritating long...
