Help pls - My Prophet died

My O2-Xda neo was in Germany IPL/SLP: 2.15.0001
I try upgrade the rom for English, but i get the wrong rom no_vendor_id, and after this its not turn on, this only blink the splash screen of O2 and turn off.
Whem i connect the A/C Adaptor this show the bootloader screen in colours Red, Green and Blue, with IPL/SPL: 2.21.0001 and the usb dont connect because the a/c adaptor is connected, if disconnect the Prophet turn off.

The 3 colour screen is your only hope. Try to get the battery charged and try the USB again. You may flash back the original ROM when in the bootloader(3 colour) mode.
