Bandwidth monitor?

I'm aware that there is Spb GPRS Monitor but I was wondering if there were other free alternatives available? Also, does anyone know if there is a monitor that can break down the bandwidth usage information and separate it according to programs/processes?

BatteryStatus (or whatever its called now) can tell you daily and monthly usage.
