Wizard turns on autonomous if push mail is activated

I have tested the latest AKU3.3 as well as WM6, but the error remains the same:
After pressing the power button, the wizard turns on itself after a minute and the buttons are no longer locked.
If I disable push mail, everything is OK.

What to do? :-(

Yes. this definitely happens and it seems to drain battery very quickly.

seems like you didn't search in the other threads - that issue can be easily solved by automatically locking the device with batterystatus when going on standby...

yeah that is the samething i had to do with mine. I had to set it to automatically lock after putting in standby. just have to press the power button twice and then im fine.
