Qtek 9100 ROM flush

Hello!

I have Qtek 9100 with German OS. I would like to flush it and load
Englis OS (with the risk of having 'Y' and 'Z' switched).

I have updated with German OS 2.18 and unfortunately the english OS
is 2.17 so when I try to load the english OS it says ONLY UPGRADE!.

I have also tryed with Molski 3.0 but the OS is still in german!

Any ideas?

PS: My device is not SIM locked.
