I update Rom-Hyma-Aku 3.2.R40.P24_pubic. But I can't use contacts because I can't save.

Have you use Sprite Backup or some other program to backup previous contacts then restore on new ROM, some commercial back up programs are fooked and break the databases, rather find PPCBackUpContacts, in there can delete all contacts and start afresh. If you previously synced contacts u can retrieve from ActiveSync again.
