Help Needed ! Upgrading WM6 on I-Mate (K-Jam).

Hi, to all members of this forum, I am currently new to this forum & also a bit new ROM upgrading and major mods in Windows Mobile. A little bit of knowledge I have regarding Windows Mobile Devices.

I currently own a I-Mate K-Jam, with a BSNL sim in that.
Some of questions I wanted to ask & tell you guys are that :

1. How to upgrade my device to Windows Mobile 6 (Codenamed Crossbow).
2. How to take full backup of the phone before we play with it ; so I can restore it again if somethings get crashed.
3. As I've read out in this forum That what the Rom upgrade contains is & the Crossbow Enhancements.
4. I dont know what's IPL SPL blah, blah (Sorry as I'am New) :confused: .
5. Can anyone of you guys (PLEASE THIS IS A VERY PERSONAL REQUEST TO YOU ALL) please help me please, please, a step by step instruction will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry Sir but I can't find out the exact step by step procedure to upgrade to WM6.
Please can anyone of you teach me this.
