I am lost too :( about qtek 9000

I have QTEK 9000, its a universal if i am not wrong...I bought this device from russia, operating system is in english. i ve tried several roms both from qtek homepage & xda ftp but i got errors like "wrong version", "language error". I dont know which rom to install. i am lost, help me please :)
is there a way to choose the rom from imei# or something like that....
