Nyditot and screen alignment on Hermes

I am trying to use Nyditot for virtual high resolution on my Hermes.
Because I need to use terminal serice client to connect to my work PC and I need a higher resolution for this purpose.

So I installed and tryied Nyditot. it seems like it's going to work.
However, I have a big problem; I can't click correct points on the screen.
The reason is when I activate virtual screen resolution my screen alignment is broken.
I use the setting 480x640 in portrait mode and select "fit to display"
What should I do to match exact screen alignment with no problems?

Yes I've used it once and never again as it crashed my SPV M3100, I'm not sure if this software really does work or I guess it's just not compatible with the Hermes. try at your own risk as it took me while to re-boot or should i say bring my phone from dead.

I've already tried it.
It works but then I can't use the stylus as needed. Itdoes not point to right point.

Any other similar application ?
(I ask it because using Nyditot was like great. I mean it really gave a huge desktop space)
