splash screen issures

i had to downgrade to CID unlock so i could put crossbow on, and now that i did there is a really terrible first splash screen. i cant figure out how to put a a new one on.. i attached a picture that would be great as just the first splash screen because the second is fine.. thanks for anyone who could possibly build a file for me or just explain how to do it (doing it would be better.. im just good with putting the ROMs on.. thanks lol)

thanks.. but i dont think you understand. i just want to change the first one. there is a really bad logo and i just need to change it somehow.. ive searched for a solution.. even just a preset other first one.. but i cant find anything that is just that. im sure that someone on here knows how to pack just that one that i attached before into a cab.. so if you do please help me out and explain it or better yet actually do it.. lol thanks guys

You could change only the first splash screen if you used the tools in my post.
Just don't make the second and third splash ;)
In a post in the thread I explained how to change the first splash only (page 3 post 25).
