02 xda 2i radio update

need help,, to update my 02 xda 2i from radio version 1.00.00 to the latest version, i would like to keep the rest of the stuff that came with it, from 02. how can i just update the radio version. o can i update with the rom found here but keep the 02 ext rom?

i have
rom version 1.11.00 wwe
rom date 01/27/05
radio version 1.00.00 THIS ID LIKE TO UPDATE
protocol 1337.39
ext rom version. 1.11.171 wwe
