Pocket Skype for Australian XDA IIi (Alpine)

Hi,

Has anybody else had problems installing Skype on Australian version of XDA IIi?
Or for that matter - has anybody had any luck!? I can't seem to find any ROM upgrades - not for the Australiasian version anyway. And when I run setup for Skype for Pocket PC 2.1 (alpine) i get ;

"Invalid Windows CE Setup File - can not install due to an invalid setup file"

Grrr! Tried hard reset, uninstalled exisitng programs - etc etc?

Any pointers would be veryily appreciated.

I am now going to do it the advanced way cab files? wish me luck! - i'm stepping out of my bounds of competency :)

Ok - so that wasn't so scary - loaded the Cab file on - clicked it - and walla - using my xda for skype.. Sorted.
