New WM6 Rom of Helmi_c (V1.1)

Almost always to the receipt of a ring the screen it jams.The notification is locked on call status.Necessary softreset...
To someone the same happens???

Have the same problem sometimes. The phone freezes when a call comes in. I only use Pocket Informant 2007, Pocketbreeze, and did some 'normal' tweaks.

Whaasup you guys , just want to check if anybody else has this problem : I was going to listen to some music , but for some reason I opened WMP instead of pocket player , so I say lets see how it plays here , but for my surprise , if I open an album it will only play 23 seconds of a song , and then skip to the next song !! WTF ?? has anybody else experienced this ?? thanks for reading !!

Oh and is there anyway to get that Hard drive tool that comes with the JasJar wm06 ROM ??

are you using oxios closeapps? apparently it doesn't work well with wm6 (i tried both helmi's n jwright's). after i uninstall closeapps, it went back to normal.

When getting mails that are text-only and longer than 29KB the whole message can be seen but i cannot select anything after abozut 29KB with stick-marking words/Urls.

Only "Select all" doe4s work and copies as wanted evrything but it would be nice to select text beyound that magical 29KB.-...

Hi, i tried wm6 pdaviet and imate rom, but i am not happy with it. I would like that rom, in which original files from extrom are not replaced after reset. I need ext rom space for my usage. I tried helmi aku 3.5 1.3.1. Wooooow. After soft reset my files stay in ext rom. It is same i helmi wm6 1.1? Is there some another mirror than rapidshire? many thanks

I installed Helmi's Rom after long wait of Rapishare tricks. Its great rom than others WM6 I used. M$ Voicecommand having low voice incoming call announcing in my Jasjar after installed this rom. It was louder in other WM6. Any registry chages to be done to listen louder. And I wouldn't listen the incoming call announcement through BT headset.

It's my first shot at WM6 and right now, I am FINALLY getting the speed and responsiveness from my MDA Pro I expected to have when I bought it over a year ago! No complaints or bugs so far. Smooth as hell. As for the video calling, my provider (T-mobile Netherlands) doesn't support it yet, at least for as far as I know. Or I haven't figured out how to use it. And none of my friends have an interest in videocalling or the phone to support it, so anyway, it's not a big issue for me. I'm gonna stick with this ROM for quite a while. Unless a ROM with spectacular new features comes along, I don't think I'll be upgrading anytime soon.

If you have T-Mobile Pocket Internet (or any other UMTS dataservice) videocalling works out of the box :) (at least to other videocalling capable phones)

Have tried it to a nokia, and to another universal, both worked with no configuration. All you need is some form of internetconnection with sufficient speed :)

Why not just do a registry setting change to show both time and date???

Are you using Oxios Close Apps? If yes, that is the cause of your problem.

TT 6 working perfectly with all WM6 ROMs I've tried including Helmi, PDAVIET and all the roms by Jwright.

Use the original cable...

Man, you're my saviour! Used the cable from my USB hub and couldn't find out why the bl**dy MDA Pro wouldn't do anything, even several hard resets didn't help.

Plug in the original cable and everything is fine.

Need some help here.

Setp 1 and 2 are quite obvious, but I'm stuck on step 3. How do I manage to uninstall the Broadcomm stack, please???

It's not on "Remove Programs" or on STK Tools installed applications, and the ".exe" files on the windows folder can not be deleted...

And yes, I've read all pages in this topic, and tried a "search"... All I've got was another member asking exactly the same question, some pages before...

hi all, one stupid question that i need your favor to help.

i wanted to change my sms tones. i have tried to copy .wav and .mid to:
1. \application data\ sounds
2. \windows\ rings
3. \windows

but the ringtone still not appeared when i go to sound and notification.

hello guys sorry I've been busy these days... but I hv a small present for u guys... check the attachment file, Its a reg file that will enable/fix the missing sound and notification for wm6, import it with resco registry editor, and u sould fix wm6 notification/start menu/etc missing sound bug...

sorry I cant make cab or anything, currently mobile now...:)

Instruction:
1. Download and extract the zip to pda
2. Click the wm6SoundFix.reg to import it to registry (Resco Registry Needed)
3. Reset & done.
