soft-reset duration

What would be a "normal" soft-reset duration?
I mean the time between hitting the soft-reset button with the stylus and the appearance of the password (or today) screen.
Coz i find my prophet's 3 minutes somewhat lenghty...especially when u do it 4 to 10 times a day!

About 1 min including loading WAD, also on the Prophet.

Thanks for ur answer. I'm gonna have to review my start-up programs list, although I don't have the impression it's overloaded.
Maybe time for a hard-reset...
