O2 XDA EXEC Problem. Please Help

I installed DivX program for supporting AVI and MPEG files from this site "http://software-files.download.com/sd/LWbVOnGISmtOgc3Mg-1lQdXZQHNFP100Zz7bMtVQADB0Ak28pH2KpWap2K3-hhyEPkCXB78x2Bg76VRBzATRULwAy2e0ewH5/software/10171355/10171356/3/PocketPC2002.zip?lop=link&ptype=3000&ontid=2176&siteId=4&edId=3&pid=10171355&psid=10171356".
I installed it and the program asked to restart and I restarted but it doesn't work again. Only O2 screen and that's all. No Windows Mobile screen here or anything. Please help me how can I solve this problem. I did "Hard Reset" but nothing changed, the problem didn't solve.Please help, waiting you help.

Heyyy, I DID IT, I DID IT MYSELF. IT WAS TOO DIFFICULT BUT I MANAGED, U KNOW I READ DAY& NIGHT, I DOWNLOADED ALL SOFTWARES WHICH BELONG TO XDA EXEC, AT LAST I DID IT, CERTAINLY THANK U VERY MUCH. AND I WANNA WISH ALL ONLY BEST HAPPENS. THANKS. IF ANYONE NEEDS HELP,OR IF ANYONE'S DEVICE IS ALSO ON THIS CONDITION, U R WELCOME, I TRY TO DO MY BEST FOR U. THANKS U GUYS....
