I want to upgrade my HTC M600 with ROM "I-mate_JAMin_ESP_2130924_21309117_020720_ship" or "Qtek_S200_220736_2207116_024721_SPA", but I cannot.
ERROR (296): UPGRADE ONLY
This File cannot be used for your PDA phone
Please, get newer NBF file.
ERROR (326): INVALID COMMAND
This File cannot be used for your PDA phone
Please, get newer NBF file.
But upgrade with "Jester AKU3.3 Step1-G4" work OK.
Do not work these roms for G4 version?
Is some solution?

Yes, I was talking about a G4 too! I´ve got a spanish S200, originally from Vodafone, IPL 2.15.0001 and SPL 2.20.0001 First of all I unlocked it to use a Orange SIM and several days ago I upgraded the original Vodafone ROM to the Qtek´s ROM Qtek_S200_220736_2207116_024721_SPA thanks to the instructions of the link I told you. The clue was to use the file ROMUpdateUtility-NoVendorID.zip First of all you have to unzip this file in a new carpet you wish. Of course, synchronize PC and Qtek, etc., and then run the Qtek_S200_220736_2207116_024721_SPA.exe file and find in C:\Documents and Settings\your user\Configuración local\Temp SIX FILES. Look for them better for the date to know them (important: don´t close the install windows till you copy the six files in the carpet you made first time) When you copy the six files in the carpet (when the system ask you say that you don´t want to write on the original romupdateutility file that you put in the carpet) then you can close the install window. The last part is just to execute again the Qtek_S200_220736_2207116_024721_SPA.exe file and wait about 10 minutes
This worked for me, I just tried to translate the spanish link (I did my best with the english, sorry). Regards.
