annoying tutorial after hard reset

Hello,

Each time I do a hard reset on my device, I have to complete this tutorial (at start-up) where I have to 'cut' an appointment and 'paste' it . Is there some tweak to avoid this ?
I'm a tester of mobile software, so the hard reset story occurs frequently.

I have a HP IPAQ rw6815 (Windows Mobile 5.1.195 - Build 14989.2.6.0)

The way to get around it, if you are lucky, is quite simple, you just place an empty file named 'welcome.not' in the device's 'persistent storage' directory... The Next time you perform a hard reset another annoyance will be gone.
