extended rom info needed

hello...i have a question. i have just unlocked the extended rom on my device. i had it unlocked before and i deleted all the files which were in it. as my phone is on orange there was a load of signed orange UK cabs in there. when i reinstalled the latest helmi rom the install decided it wanted to install all the orange cabs on first boot. do i need these orange files in my extended rom? and if i dont how do i go about deleting them?
