hi you can use codes to unlock your mobile .you can get
the codes from here prounlocking (http://www.prounlocking.com/) here they ask the imei number of the mobile
and finally they will send you the unlock codes .once you entered the codes in your mobile
as for the instruction provided by them then your mobile get unlocked and accepts other network sim.
