syncing sent emails

problems syncing still- have tried variety of roms and am using outlook 2007 which had worked prev. now regardless of rom when syncing via activesync 4.5 by b/t or cable everthing over than sent emails is syncing- might sound minor but of huge annoyance

have unistalled and repaired etc but to no avail any ideas

.... in Messaging: Menu/Tools/Manage folders/ -> select sent items

1) tap hold 'sent' but no options apparent
2)the only 'options' i can find are in account settings>message>options
-but doesnt do nothing

any help?
