It seems like you are in bootloader mode. Plug in the phone to the computer and see if the SERIAL changes to USB. If it does, then just flash to the ROM that you want. Goodluck!

You may get some help in the Wiki. http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Universal_GettingStarted
1.First download and extract the ROM you want.
2.Open activesync and from File/connection setting uncheck the 'allow usb Connections' check box
3.Go to bootloader mode by pressing power button +light button (near the right side speeker) and while pressing these two buttons press reset. you will now be in bootloader mode with 'Serial' written on the top of the screen. (No light-dark screen)
4.Connect to your desktop with USB cable (original cable recomended). once connected the word 'serial' on the top of the screen should change to 'USB'
5.Execute the rom upgrade utility (no country ID version) and follow the instructions
6.Once the process is over remember to enable the USB connection which was disabled in step 2.
7.Please spend some time on these posts to find the most stable rom. I use helmi's WM6 1.1 it is one of the most stable one.
Hope this helps
