Help! My HTC Charmer reboots at the splash screen

Last night I flashed my MDA Compact II with a ROM in this forum. It's from the thread: Tuning ROM 2.6.2.27 MDA CHARMER(MDA COMPACT II). The ROM update seemed to go okay, but now the Charmer won't boot. All I get is the splash screen, which says:

IPL 1.12
SPL 1.12.0000

OS 2.6.2.27

After about 20 - 25 seconds, the background does this fade-out effect and then the phone reboots. Also, I get no charge indicator light when the phone is plugged in (power or USB). Does anyone know how I can fix this or why this is happening?

1. dowenload this t-mobile official rom (http://www.tm-phonedownloads.com/files/RUU_Compact%20ll_2060227_20602110_021921_T-MobileUK_Ship.exe)
2. enter your Charmer into bootloader mode by pressing power + camera + reset, let go of the reset, but keep holding power + camera until the three colur screen will show up (that is bootloader mode).
3. connect the Charmer to your pc (make sure your battery is fully charged)
4. run the t-mobile rom.
5. good luck!

Also the problem is that youve still got v1 bootloaders (IPL + SPL 1.12) Once youve downloaded the official tmobile rom and installed it, you'll have v2 bootloaders and can go back to using that tuning rom properly.

the i was told by a senior menber to flash it with BUTTON 1.05 (which i did)
and now BATTERY IS NOT CHARGING
and now i have
ipl 1.01
spl 1.12.000
gsm 01.12.10
os 1.5.4.2

i have checked usb cable , main power charger with other pda and it was working ok

now i can keep my mda compact 2 alive once it is plugged in via main power charger only. i dont have any facility to recharge my battery on another charger.

plz plz help

hi ,
i flased the tmobile rom with ur given link now it doesnt go past the initial screen

all it says is

ipl 3.08
spl 3.08
gsm 02.69.21
os 3.8.2.21

and stays ter all day until battery goes dead.


please help me let me know hw can i get my phone up and running.
