SMS Syncing with Outlook/PC

Do any more of these exist other then Jeyo?

I've tried Jeyo and it doesn't play nice with Vista/Outlook 2007 - are there any others?

I dont mind if it's a stand alone application rather than an outlook plugin, but the latter is preferred.

That looks like it's been a while since it's been updated - not sure if it'll work with the new active sync/MDC in Vista?
