What can I install or change to increase the performance on my WIZARD? I don't want to install WM6. However I am willing of changing my ROM to increase the performance. What should I do? My stock speed is 189 MHz. I have tried XCPUScalar but don't see that much of an improvement. And what is a page pool and what does it do?

well u can start off by telling us which ROM u have, IPL/SPL, what programs u have running or installed...so we know what exactly u have running that may be the cause to your problems...

I would start with a few registry tweaks. You can look at the following to see what's out there

* Flash to Faria 3.3 V2 ROM... 6 or 8MB, not 4

* For now, install all Today plug-ins to device, not storage card (some you can change later)

* Overclock more... work your way higher (I'm at 252)

* Memmaid or Oxios, and clear your program memory regularly

* Change to OpenDNS servers

* Keep your device / registry clean... uninstall whatever you don;t use

yep, everything as stated above will imrpove your performance, especially installing those tweaks by Molski...also, if u do flash ur device with a custom ROM, make sure ur Wiz is CID unlocked...
