02 Exec Camera problem

Hi,

I've just noticed a problem with my 02 Exec's camera.

When I take a picture there are quite a few white dots on the picture. Has anyone one else had this problem? Is there something that I can do so there are none of these white dots on the pictures?

I think these are dead pixels in the camera.

Operators have different policies on how many dead pixels constitutes a failed camera if the devie is in warranty.
