Is my phone dead ? Please help !

I have a problem with my Qtek 9000: The Display shows only white display if I turn it on. I can't see anything like Windows mobile or such thing. I've hard-reset tha phone and it makes a sound. But the display is just white :(:(
I've tried to push the POWER+Backgroundlight+Reset to go to bootload mode, but the display is turning to black (like turned off). Then after I soft-reset the phone, it shows white screen again.
Can someone help me please ?

try to reload the rom in a bootloader mode and by the way when it is in a bootloader mode the does it shows anything like serial on its screen while the backlight is off?

"reload the rom in a bootloader mode" --> you mean update the ROM through USB cable from my PC ?

In the bootloader mode, it doesn't show anything like serial, the screen is just empty....
