Hi to all
My first post as I am totally stuck. I have an O2 Xda Mini-S but it hangs when I try to play mp3s:mad:
I have tried formatting the SD card, making it 16 bit FAT, 32 bit FAT and various cluster sizes. I have tried converting the MP3s from 128kbps to 64 to 32. I've tried GSPlayer and Windows Media Player. I occasionally managed to play a handful of songs at 32kbps from the SD card before a freeze. I have had a little success loading MP3s into the phone itself as opposed to the SD card but this will only hold a few and takes ages by Bluetooth or cable.
This is the second XDA Mini-S I've had in a week and a third is on its way from O2. Am I getting a dodgy batch of phones, am I doing something horrendously wrong, is the SD card the problem (its a 4Gb from Moby memory with a USB reader)?
Please help if you can. Enormous thanks to all who read and offer help
