Can anyone help me out i was trying to downloading a new software upgrade for my mda pro and the computer froze on me no the phone is stuck with the screen saying with no light on serial at the top of it and at the bottom it say v2.01 but when i put the usb cable in or charge it it says usb on the screen instead of serial.The programme crash and now i cant ger out of that screen ive just told u about.I can do i hard restet and the light goes on saying press 0 to restore factory default and press x to exit.
When i press 0 it just goes back to the 1st screen i jst told u abt.With no light on and cant get light on or do anything with it.HELP i think when the update crashed on me it crashed the phone to and just kept on that screen with the serial on it.ACTIVE Sink will not work anymore when i put cable into the comptuer with my phone so updaing my phone agine will not work.Can anyone please point me in the right place to fix this promblem.Many thanx mono33
