Hi guys, I really need help with my Dopod 838 pro.
Last Friday, my camera suddenly playing up when I was trying to take some still picture. The entire screen just went crazy with different color, and speaker have buzzing sound when ever a sound be played. The issues continued for the rest of the weekend.
I have tried hard reset and update the firmware with the latest download from Dopod Australia website, and everything is going alright until I tested the video call.
When in video call mode, I can see the other person's video, however I can't see my, and there is no sound coming out of the speaker, and the buzzing noise has came back.
I not sure this is a hardware or firmware issues, can some help please help me.
I can't use the 2nd video camera for video call anymore, also when I answer video call, i can't hear the otherside and the other side can't hear me as well as see me
