SX66 screen scratch

I bought a SX66 off ebay and he stated theres "virtually no wear" on it but theres a deep scratch on the touch screen. Is there any way to get rid of this? its just on the surface, can i buy a new piece of plastic, open it up and replace it?

Look for and purchase just the digitizer for the unit. Changing this out will achieve your goal.
