Yes, I'm a complete newbie, and I'm telling my complete story, so bear with me. I need all the help I can get.
I recently purchased a G4 T-Mobile MDA - Unlocked from eBay. I popped the sim card in (Unicel), worked just fine, and when I peeked at the T-Mobile Website, I saw the "upgrade" and thought I should probably do it.
Before the upgrade, the handset on the phone worked. For some reason, after the upgrade, the handset doesn't work. Speakerphone works just fine, and the phone hasn't been dropped, or abused in ANY way.
I'm completely confused as to why this is happening, any ideas? Any at all?
