No video with Sharp 770

It is very strange , when people video call me with the "sharp 770" I can´t see them on my screen but they do can see me on their sharp 770.

Maybe it´s a codeck of video from the sharp or maybe it´s a problem in the trinitys I don´t know.

Any idea.????

I have exactly the same problem with Sharp 770SH owners.
I can't see the picture of my correspondant (black window) but they can see me, I tried with the hermes, it's the same problem.
My Trinity is a White P3600 abd the rom is the French Orange operator's one with the GPS activated.
I tried with 2 sharps 770SH and many operators (SFR-Vodafone, Orange)

Sharp 770SH to Nokia 6280 or Motorola V3x is Ok.

Maybe a problem with the codec ?!
