Reflash Radio

Is it possible to flash or reflash just the radio? I have a Tytn with a corrupted ROM -- boots up through the htc/provider screen but tells me there is no gsm. I've read and tried every suggested fix and all the wisdom captured on the Wiki but so far nothing works. I looked for a method that just installs a radio from the bootloader, since that's clearly what's missing from my Tytn but I don't see one.
