Front Video Camera is Pink

I've just tried holding a video call and to my surprise, my face appeared a rather off-putting shade of hot-pink.

obviously this isn't right, has anyone had this issue, and/or does anyone have a clue what can cause it?

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue! Unforunately this problem cannot be solved by performing a hard reset.

Having played around with the OV6650's registers (e.g. the image data output format setting) I'm quite sure that it's not caused by the camera module itself.

There might be something wrong with the ATI chip, the camera is connected to, or with the connection between them.
