Messaging application starts at random times

Since upgrading to AKU 3.3, the messaging application starts automatically at random times. Sometimes It comes up at the MMS screen, other times at the text messaging screen.

Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any known fixes for this?

This is happening to me also when I recieve a phone call in PDAViet's WM6 V3....
