Does anyone knows what could be the reason of this:

In result of this a bzzzz and a popup saying that "you should immedialty save your data to prevent possible loss blablabla" appear every time I switch the phone on (short press on the "ON" button in the upper right part of the phone).
Could the problem be in hardware, or it can be repaired by software?

does the battery indicator in settings show a correct battery state or not?

When I charge it via cable - state is shown as "In AC" with corresponding icon. The type is shown as "LiIon" with no percent bar.
When I plug out the cable, I get the picture and effects that I described above. :(
Check it out:

probably worth making sure that all of your battery contacts are nice and clean.
then try a hard reset and or re-flash of the rom (if you can find the same version that u currently have in the wiki). Do not flash to anything other than your original because it might well invalidate your warranty.

I rechecker the contacts and I have made a hard reset for couple of times, but no use.
I have notices one thig, also: when I had reset, some sort of "autorun" starts.
Just after the screen calibration, a progressbar appears and some .tsk starts to load, inluding some filewith my rom version number, anda file with a name of my cell phone operator (I believe it's a skin, because after that I get a today skin with operator logo in it).
I believe it's possible for me to make a recording of that kind of installation that take place after the hard reset, if that will be helpful.

afte a hard reset, the process you see is the personalisation process of the device - it installs the themes/soft/etc of your operator.
