ROM 2.06.502.3 Radio Problem?

After turning off and back on, the radio is offline. I have to comm manger and turn on the radio manually. The other odd thing is that i push the button to turn on the radio and the beach ball comes up, but the radio doesn't turn on. I have to do it a second time before it actually turns on.

Is that a bug or designed to do that? Can the radio be turned on automatically after turning on? No other ROM i've ever used has this issue.

Known issue in many ROM not just 2.06. Search. Something with soft reset, not sure exactly when....
