hi all

i tried to download the file ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Wizard/Roms/Qtek/CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE.exe from the unlockung topic then it failed :(

seems to be removed :(

somebody have please upload it on any server except rapidshare

I encountered the same problem. The file was not there anylonger. Then I saw this post, and its reply. I downloaded the file on http://download.yousendit.com/FF900F2908E9D05B which worked fine.
I ran the CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE.exe file.

So far so good, and then the process crashed at 98%. Something about a file in outlook. I started the whole process again, and now it just stalls at 98%. No error message. NOthing. Anybody have any idea what I should do now...

I have an Orange SPV 3000. I can put the new rom back but I wanted to do a cid unlock, before doing so. It seems to be necessary to be able to try out different roms...

I never have to downgrade before I do the CID unlocked. I've tried with two MDA and never encountered any problem. You will only need to downgrade if you CANNOT CID unlocked; otherwise, don't bother to downgrade.

thats just the point. I cant do the cid unlock... And I suspect that the rom version has something to do with it. Anyway, thats what I read everywhere on this site. So I am still looking for a working link to Button 1.05 ?
When downgrading with this ROM...it will stall at 98% for a few minutes...be patient. To confirm that the ROM I posted was legit...I used it again myself and worked fine. Then to make sure it wasn't just me...I had 2 other people tell me they used it and worked fine for them as well.

Don't know what to tell you as this is the ROM that was hosted on the FTP site for a long time.

If your having trouble flashing a rom the shell tool posted on the g4 threads lets you flash any rom you wish onto your phone i have a g4 cid locked and using the tool i can swap my roms every day if i wished to with no hassle

i need a rapdishare or megauploads link to where i can download a 1.xx ROM for my G3 Qtek 9100 (Tmobile with imate 2.21 ROM).
I want to upgrade to wm6 and need to have a backup plan if it fails :)

this rom is not working for me. I stalls at about 98% of the process, and dies...

If you decide to do it, make sure you have a back up option.
