I found this one on eBay:
http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260081670331
Using this display can i solve SA problem? In other words is SA caused by display and/or digitizer malfunction?
I tried opening it like described in wiki pages but SA is still present.

I wish you could get a guarantee it will work. I doubt anyone here will give you such a promise. It is far more to do with the screen though than the digitizer. In some cases however when device gets hot it presses on the digitizer which then presses the screen. If you get SA problem even when cold then hopefully just replacing screen will work. Many have blamed the gasket around the edge of the bezel between screen and case. (thin black rubberized strip). Some have removed it, some replaced it etc etc., so you can see, making a promise on this would not be wise.
Still if I were in your situation I would get the screen and try!
(At first that e-bay pic looked like the wrong shape - too long. But when you look at the enlarged picture it seems to be ok.)

First try i had was replacing the gasket with pieces of a thin business card but it still has SA problems.
The screen available on eBay is the right one (a customer asked more info and seller said is compatible with Hermes).
The picture on the auction is stretched by eBay imaging system.
I'll have another try removing the above mentioned pieces of business card to see if it improve screen response.
If not I'll try gettin' another screen but I'm afraid that the problem will be present also in new screen because it's not due to a proper screen malfunctioning but to the excessive pressure...

You may well be right. Of course it's silly that the screen they use is sensitive to touches right up to its edges where the bezel touches it. What I don't know is whether newer screens have been changed to remove the sensitivity around the edge.
I have read of some folks getting the screen replaced and the issue going away, though equally I've heard some say they sent device away and it returned with problem still present.

I made some try and i noticed that SA is due to heat.
When it had been idle it function properly and very responsively but using it get hot and SA appears.
So what do you think? Is screen or Hermes case that touch screen border causing SA?

Mmm. Yes.. if it's caused by heat expansion (as it often is) then it's probably pointless to replace the screen. The screen just needs a mm of space to expand - but with the digitzer on the back of the screen there is just no space for expansion. Some people find that slackening the screws at the back of the screen casing provides enough free space to stop the problem. A lot of folks also say this did not work for them though.
I'm afraid I cannot think of a solution that will be reliable.
So far as I know there is no change in the new screen edge sensitivity but I could be wrong. Post from folks with new screens would be welcome.

Are you saying that heat cause screen expansion? Of about one mm?!?!
Mhmmhm. I'm goin' to make some more try removin' business card pieces and I'll let you know ok.
PS
Thanks a lot for your helpfulness.

The popular view is that the heat causes expansion putting pressure on the screen. 1mm is perhaps a slight exageration perhaps only a fraction of 1mm. That's why running a business card around under the bezel works for some - it creates a small gap so no pressure is put on the screen. This is all a bit debateable though because others have found that firming up the screen with a thicker gasket between bezel and screen has worked for them. This appears to contradict the idea that free space is needed!!
