8525, WM5, SanDisk 2gb micro.
When scrolling the files in a folder on the SanDisk using File Explorer, the 8525 freezes and the only way out is a soft reset. I recently did a hard reset and the same thing happened before any other applications were installed so no apparent software conflicts. When I scroll sometimes the screen has white areas/blank white rows that need to "catch up" to the scrolling and sometimes it just never catches up and I have to do the soft reset.
Using SKTools, access times for the microSD are:
Read: 10450 KB/sec
Write: 331 KB/sec
My guess is that I am overloading the system somehow and changing a setting that would speed up the processing of the scrolling would work, but don't know how/what to change.
Any experience with this?
Thanks in advance,
Gene
