WM6 Programs that work!!!!!

Hi all,

I have loaded the XDA Live rom on my i-Mate Jasjam and all is great until I loaded the program "Vito Audio Notes". I have used the program for months on WM5 and it always worked with out fail. Now it will not record phone calls, all other aspects of the programs work and thats great but the only reason I used it was to record phone calls, I couldn't here the other person very well but it would always record me very clearly so I would just repeat there instructions so as to have a record of the call. The program will not start recording when a call is in progress.

Please if anyone has had this issue or had it working could you let me know.

Any other programs that do or do not work with WM6 would be interesting to know about.

I can't seem to get SPB mobile shell working. It works on the today screen but it screws up the soft keys and the now screen doesn't come up. Anyone else having this problem?
Resco File Explorer works though (v5.4)

I just said it wasn't working for me, but it does appear to be BT related. Having said that I have succesfully paired it with my Socket GPS receiver.

Seems not to like my Globalsat receiver, :(

I found an older Cyberon Voice Dialer and added the reg entry for BT. It works on WM6. I will upload here, so EVERYBODY can enjoy.

Yahoo mobile go v1- installs but does not work with outlook properly, unable to view messages, only sees the subject lines.
Google Maps - Works but sometimes says "This program requires a data connection ... Error: wininetReadError [6])" - connection is just fine, and it still downloads the info. So no idea, 3G cingular connection.

That program also has a reported HUGE memory leak so stay away from YahooGO.

Just downloaded from yahoo, installed it, same problem. Version that it says for me 20060817a Build No. 293. Tried just the cab file and the install through activesync.
Oh well, I was really getting my hopes up to get it working. Maybe next version.

Where did you get the TomTom 6.03 version from? i tried contacting TomTom Support itself and they only said version 6 is the latest!?

I'm running Tomtom 6.010 (7720) on my SPV M3100. connects perfectly to Tomtom GPS receiver, but program keeps hanging. I have to push ok button to go back to today screen & then go back into navigator. This happens very frequently.

Anyone any ideas

I had similar problems with that version, but now I run Tomtom 6 version 6.030 (8320) and map version 660.1223 with no problems on my Htc Tytn with WM6 XDA Live (or WM5) installed, radio version 1.35, and 1.20 GPS. No hanging, no problems and very fast (5-10 seconds) to pick up satellites with Rikaline blutooth sat nav receiver

Hi, I don't have the sling player, but did buy and have installed the sony locationfree base station. I actually have it connected to an old VCR that I am using as a tv tuner. It is working beautifully.

I then bought, downloaded and installed the Smartphone viewer, and even though it is not supported, works perfectly.
