Hi,

I have the T-mobile MDA Compact III, the Dutch version, with wifi and stuff. I also have a Qtek S200 and the first thing i noticed is that the Compact III has no calculator! This may seem like a small thing, but it bugs me as i got used to using it alot with the S200...

Any plugin or whatever to get a calculator??

Oh and while i'm asking, is there a way to change those freaky pink white colors of the phone pad? I can change theme in the notmal menus but the phone pad always stays with the T-mobile color scheme... any suggestions are welcome!

Thanks,

Rudy:D

Hmm... interesting. Anyway, there are tons of better calculator out there. I think the.. Omega(?) has a free calculator software.. and if you do a search on www.freewareppc.com, they ought to have a few .. much advance ones too.

Tons of phonepad available in this forum with iPhone wannabe to.. Vista look-alike. Easiest way to get rid of T-mobile stuff is to go Wiki (under WM5 tweak) to get rid of it and use the default.

Had the same problem.

There IS an calculator, only theres no shortcut made by TM

In the folder WINDOWS\calc.exe

there u got to be. ive made an shortcut to it with SPB Pocket plus.

and for the ugly t-mobile color, just install an skin for it. and do a soft reset.

excuse my bad english :)

Try tapping Start/ Organiser a new window will open desplaying icons for Claculator, Calendar, Notes and Tasks - Strange place to bury the calculator but it is there - Mike

when installing a skin for the phone pad, does it need to be unlocked first or something... and kindof a noob question, but will i lose my warranty?? Where can I download like legal themes for the PDA??

BTW, i found the calc just where you said it would be mike, And i linked it to my right software button!

Forget the CALC from Windows. Try searching for eval. Nice and free Calculator...
