hello, can eney body pleas explain to my how i setup so i get Swedes key layout on my t-Bord agen? eney reg key i need to Chang?.

i haw tested

Go to hklm/software/oem/qwerty/layout/

make sure the hex value is 20409, you probably have 40409.

recommended of crosswind

but it don't help when I'm trying to get Å i get noting, when i try Ö i get arrow down and when i try Ä i get =

im using Windows Mobile "XDA Live" 0.10

20409 gives you the default US layout. If you want Swedish layout you have to set the value 20414 (hex) for this parameter. This is effective at startup so a soft or Russian reset is required. Russian reset is better as it guarantees that the registry changes have been saved to Flash disk.

Hello. Is this trick for software keyboard or hardware keyboard? I would like to get the norwegian keyboard, but no luck so far.

20414 is a Nordic QWERTY layout, i.e. the hardware keyboard layout for Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. It contains the characters 'å', 'ä', 'æ', 'ø' and 'ö'.

isnt there a file called P_Nordic_keyboard in extended rom for that? and to use swedish in software keyboard you use skandinavisktastatur5.cab. You can DL here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1150091&postcount=97

There is norwegian softkeyboard in skandinavisktastatur5.cab to.

I have installed the cab file on my norweigian Tytn, and it works perfectly with Windows Mobile "XDA Live" 0.10.

The software keyboard works fine.
