There's also pocketpcthoughts and brighthand which are more generic PPC based forums, but since it's so big, it's a little diluted, and useful info that would in fact be great for all devices may be hidden away in a specific device thread.

At least here it's not too big yet, but I agree it really should be for HTC devices primarily.
