Its a free battery meter that is visible from any window and doesnt take up screen realestate.

small footprint, minute amount of RAM and customizable with notifications of low battery strength etc...

http://pda.jasnapaka.com/batti/

I beleive its a must have as the standard tray icon battery meter sucks.

Definitely yes! Best battery indicator ever.

The only thing that could be better is the colour picker, you should be able to manualy enter numbers, and to copy colours from one indicator mode to another. If you want to have the same background colours in normal, charging and almost empty mode for example, you have to enter it thrice.

So, André, if you're reading this... ;)

I like bati better than the one that comes with spb pocket plus.

Wrong, you can disable that in the settings. If you also disable the border, and set the height to 2 pixels, its perfect.

Im gonna have to vote a no on this one guys.
I installed it for about 5 min before and then removed it because my device slowed to a crawl when it was on charge.
May of been a bug, maybe a program conflict, just had some bad experiences.

I'll vote no as well - clutters the screen too much, and I prefer the indicator in Resco Explorer anyway.

I've never had a problem with Batti. It's always worked flawlessly and has a small footprint. I had it on my wizard, and now have it on my hermes. In fact, it's one of my favorite programs. Ingenius. Right up there with Smartskey and VJlumnosIII. (Sometimes simple is better ;) )

Sorry guys but I also voted no on this as my understanding of XDA Live is to keep it light and simple. I know the app is small and light but from little things big things grow. I'm really loving v0.10 just the way it is. If I want other apps then I will add them myself. XDA Live tells me when it needs juice :)

For crying out loud! Why add stuff that is already in the OS?

Sure, if you think the standard Batt metre is crap add your own but don't impose superfluos dupications on everyone else.

I am a minimalist but at least appreciate Kypur has only added items that are fixes or not already in the system.

Oh, no, but wait... how about a Menstual Cycle Calculator so I know when not to invite my girlfriend for a swim... or how about a... :)

Voted no, but actually not a bad little application. Will add it to my CAB list for when we do the next ROM jump !

you dont have to be a prick about it, it was just an idea. i think you should maybe see an occupational therapist to work out your sensory issues,

:)

Well, a NO for the ROM include.

but a big YES to the application. Did not know it and it works great. Was the only function missing after de-installing SpB Pocket Plus and changing to SpB Mobile Shell.

voted no. its not that big a deal to install apps that you find are good yourself is it? if its a killer free app that doesnt have any competitors then thats a different story, but this has other apps of the same type of thing which other people may well want instead

How do I get rid of the constant notification is giving me on the Left soft key ?

If I want to know what it is doing or change settings I will tap on it.

So instead of seeing my Calender on the soft key I have the Batti notification.

Aargh ! Batti Boy ....

Sincerest appologies Jasjammin.... but I do so like the Menstrual Cycle Calculator. Please lets have a poll on it.

Found the link for it http://www.pdagold.com/software/detail.asp?s=856

If there is room after the PDF Reader is embedded then I will embedd the latest version of Batti but by default it will not be enabled.

Those who want it will have it...

Those who don't won't know the difference...

Oh yeah, I've decided to include the Menstural Calculator (cause it's just too Coool to leave out:D )..
