is there any way that i can change the imei of my xda II.bought one from ebay.

Why you need to change it? IMIE is look like a serial number that have only one in the world.I think you should contact the mobile operator to unlock it if your country prevent the phone that sold outsite your country. For our country does not lock it.

it has been blocked by the governement. i already called their office and told me that the phone has been blacklisted and there's nothing they can do about it. well it only means that my phone is a paper weight now. :( unless i could change the imei. i have no choice.
