Not seen any so far. Compatability may be an issue. I just found a DVB-T based card reader capable of reading SD card, not really what you require but do have a look.

DVB-H is currently being tested in Ireland, the nokia N93 has it, so it is mobile suitable, so is there any way to add it on the universal ???
