Qtek 9100 reseting error

Hi i have a Qtek 9100 and i forgot the password....:(
I have tried all :
Update my wizard
Hard reset --> give me an error "Fat formating Failed"


Can any one give me a help ????:confused: :confused:

yo i got the same phone and i need the rom if u can pls send me the rom i will deeple be greatfull thanks bc my says data craches
