Ever since I visited Hong Kong and returned to London my alarm seems to be going off twice a day - one of them in the middle of the night!!!

No alarms are set so I really have no clue where to start (althought I suspect it was alarms I set in HK cos of the timings). Any help greatly appreciated, especially if it isn't hard reset!

Had the same problem. then i turend all alarms on saved the settings, reopened the screen and turned them all of. It seemed to do the trick.

I'll try that again - sure I did something similar

thanks for that it's good to know it's happened to someone else and they fixed it!

Happened to me too the other day. I'd set a morning alarm to wake me up, but when it went off there was no "off" or "snooze" button appearing. I did a soft reset to try and clear things, but low and behold the darn alarm kept going, even though I'd gone into the alarm area of the Orbit and made sure no alarms were active. Turned the volume right down and lived without phone function for the day.

Come evening, turned volume up, and there it was, good old alarm, still going. Cold restart fixed it!
