no there is no way yet to unlock artemis for free- you have to pay imei-check.co.uk GBP20. it will SIMunlock your arte as well as make it superCID

Yesterday I successfully unlocked my T-Mobile MDA Compact III (Dutch) through the website mentioned above :D
